To facilitate sustainable livelihoods for the poor and marginalized, especially women and children, by providing financial aid,
promoting enterprise development, supporting sustainable agricultural practices, and creating job opportunities through community development projects and partnerships, as well as offering training, grant assistance, and improved seed varieties for agricultural development and small business growth.
To foster community engagement by encouraging participation, leadership, and volunteerism, and building strong networks with
local and international partners and encouraging volunteerism and active citizenship to drive social change.
To undertake humanitarian response including assistance refugees, internally displaced people, disaster (natural & human initiated) preparedness, post-disaster rehabilitation programs and humanitarian response in the country or abroad in following different
international compliances including but not limited to UN/ Red Cross/ Red Crescents’ covenants and charters, while enhancing social well-being by providing food, shelter, and medical care to disaster victims, aiding victims of war, famine, and other humanitarian crises, supporting religious events and activities, and promoting environmental conservation and biodiversity through awareness programs and tree planting initiatives.
To support and take necessary steps to mediate initiation of the poor realizing their demands on government and other institutions where they have legitimate rights and shares initiate programs/project and activities, alone and/or in partnership with others, with the aim of protecting and preserving the ecological/natural resources in the country.
To do advocacy with positive engagement with the government for policy and practice changes. And will also involve in networking and alliances in local, national, and international levels to do the same especially the concern of the poor or marginalized section of population of Bangladesh.
To undertake social cohesion and peace building activities among communities.
To undertake and support SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) and its related follow up activities.
The Society will be abided all rules, regulations, and laws of the country. The Society will be held responsible for their own activities.
To improve the socio-economic conditions and living standards of all community members, particularly the poor and marginalized, by promoting public participation and the fair, optimal use of local resources, while also integrating socially disabled and deviant individuals into mainstream society through reform and rehabilitation programs.
